Hermits™

Hermits™ are full cut diapers with a relaxed fit.This allows for your baby's skin to breathe easily, and air to circulate as they move around. The comfortable fit makes for good freedom of movement, and reduces the chance of friction rashes. The inner and outer fabric of Hermits™ diapers is soft, 100% cotton. The luxurious fabric has a good texture which helps 'grab' messes and absorbs quickly. The hidden layers are made of 55% Hemp 45% cotton. Every fiber in this diaper is absorbent; there are no synthetic fibers. Hemp has the added bonus of absorbing about twice as much as cotton. Side snapping fasteners mean the waist and leg openings are separately adjustable, making a custom fit each time on your ever-changing baby. The hidden quick-dry hemp flap comes out of it's pocket for fast drying, but remains hidden (like a hermit) during wear so you only have one surface to clean messes from. The pocket keeps the flap from shifting during wear. Doublers can be put in the pocket for heavy wetters or overnight.

Newbies

Newbies are true newborn size Hermits™, and fit approximately 5-12lbs. The use of a doubler to boost absorbency is recommended for the upper end of this diaper's weight range. There is a dip to accomodate the umbilical stump, and as well the front may be folded down to accomodate a very small baby or premie. The front snapping fasteners work well for young babies.

Hermit Shells™

Side snapping PUL Diaper Covers are meant to be used and abused, these tough covers are made of a 1 mil polyurethane laminated onto a soft polyester knit. The lovely fabric is both soft and drapey, while being completely waterproof, elasticized poly bindings will not rub, chafe or wick. Can be machine dried. Shown in periwinkle.

Breathable Hermit Shells™

This fabulous laminate lets air breathe through the cover, and keeps moisture in. Cooler than non-breathable, these covers sport a cute cotton print outer. Perfect for daytime. Must be line dried. Side snapping Hermit Shells™ design. Shown in Stars pattern.
